In this time of uncertainty and change, the health and safety of ourLittle Wonders families and team members remains our highest priority.
We understand that information, kindness and support are currently essential in keeping all children, families and teams feeling reassured. Below, you’ll find a number of resources to help during this time.
If you or your child have a fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath and you have travelled overseas in the past month, it is important you seek medical care early. Please contact 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84). In alliance with government regulations, we kindly request you do not visit our Centre if you have any of above symptoms
What is COVID-19
Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that cause respiratory infections. These can range from the common cold to more serious diseases.
COVID-19 is a disease caused by a new form of coronavirus.
Symptoms
Symptoms of COVID-19 can range from mild illness to pneumonia. Some people will recover easily, and others may get very sick very quickly.
People with coronavirus may experience:
- fever
- symptoms such as coughing, a sore throat and fatigue
- shortness of breath

What safety measures will Little wonder Montessori be taking to ensure children will be protected in the centre?
At Little Wonders Montessori, we follow a four step approach:

Pre-screening
Our staff perform a basic risk assessment by asking all visitors
A temperature check is done at entry

Hygiene
All visitors are escorted to our hand wash area after temperature check
Hand Sanitizers are provided during your visit
Our centre is thoroughly cleaned frequently

Social Distancing
We are following 1.5 meter social distancing rules within our centre

Kids during the day
Kids are encouraged to follow social distancing rules in a fun way. We also make sure children are washing their hands frequently. We provide hand sanitizers for everyone & encourage to use it as often as possible.
